Your order number.

Photos of the damage (lens cloth + packaging).

Once we verify the issue, we’ll replace it or refund you. Easy-peasy!

Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. (including the land of nerd dreams: Hawaii and Alaska). International shipping? We’re working on it—stay tuned!

We do NOT: Ship to any Dweebs, Dorks, or What Have-Ya's. Only Nerds welcome here.

How Much Does It Cost?

Domestic (U.S.): Flat rate of $3.00 + $1.00 handling fee per order.
(Translation: We’ve got you covered with affordable shipping rates for maximum lens-cleaning awesomeness.)

International: Starting at $10.00 + handling fee (coming soon!).

How Long Will It Take?

Processing Time: We’re a small team of nerds who inspect every cloth by hand before packing it up. Orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Time:

First-Class Mail (U.S.): 2–5 business days.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (when it becomes available).

How Will It Be Packaged?
