Can I Return It?

• Nope! All sales are final because these are personal-use items. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back if something goes wrong.

What If It’s Damaged?

• If your Nerd Rag arrives looking more like a Nerd Mess, let us know! Email info@getnerdrags.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the damage (lens cloth + packaging).

• Once we verify the issue, we’ll replace it or refund you. Easy-peasy!

Where Do We Ship?

• We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. (including the land of nerd dreams: Hawaii and Alaska). International shipping? We’re working on it (maybe)!

 

We do NOT:

• Ship to any Dweebs, Dorks, or What Have-Ya's.

 

How Much Does It Cost?

• Domestic (U.S.): Flat rate of $3.00 + $1.50 handling fee per order.
  Translation: We’ve got you covered with affordable shipping rates for maximum lens-cleaning awesomeness.)

• International: Starting at $10.00 + handling fee (coming soon!).

 

How Long Will It Take?

• Processing Time: We’re a small team who inspects every cloth by hand before packing it up. Orders ship within 2–3 business days.

• Shipping Time:

  • First-Class Mail (U.S.): 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (when it becomes available).

 

How Will It Be Packaged?

• Each Nerd Rag is carefully wrapped and shipped in a flat or padded envelope to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
